In order to request for a restoration, you must first logged into your Client Account at our User Area and submit a Support Ticket to our technical support department. PremiumSide Hosting keeps only the latest backup files, if you would like to restore to a more earlier version, you are required to provide the files.

Once the restoration request have been submitted, one of our support representative will get in touch with you for further action.

We can only restore those files which have been backed up by PremiumSide Hosting. If the files that you wanted to restore was never hosted on our server, you must then provide the files.
