To let customers have a peace of mind making payment, we accept both CreditCard & DebitCard globally.

While online banking and bank transfer are only available for customers located within Malaysia.

There will be no extra fees charged for making the payment using CreditCard & DebitCard. 

The amount you saw on your invoice are final.

Online Payment & Bank Transfer are only available for customers located within Malaysia. Malaysia customers can make their payments via online FPX.

Simply choose your preferred payment method during checkout.

You'll still have a chance to renew your domain name at the normal rate during the first 25 days, grace period upon expiration.

After 25 days your domain name will be going under a redemption period, and it'll cost you an additional $100.00 (USD) to get your domain name back.

After the redemption period, your domain name will be pending for deletion and will be publicly available for others to register.

Your hosting account will be suspended on the 2nd day (after 24hours) upon expiration.

If the payment is still not done, your hosting account will be terminated on the 3rd day (after 48hours) upon expiration. All datas within the hosting account will be deleted as well and are not restorable.
